How do I cancel or modify my subscription? +

Just go to "Manage my subscription" to modify, pause, or cancel in just a few clicks, with no commitment.

What is your return and exchange policy? +

You can return items within 14 days of receiving them for a refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


What are your delivery options and fees? +

We offer free standard delivery on all orders. Delivery generally takes between 8 and 13 business days, depending on the destination. Currently, express delivery is not available.


How long does delivery take? +

Delivery times vary based on your location and our logistics partners. In most cases, orders are delivered within 8 to 13 business days. An estimated delivery date will be provided at checkout.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item? +

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact our support immediately with a description and supporting photos. A replacement will be sent to you at no additional cost.
